Native will run on the existing default allow list.

How are creative assets and tags uploaded and managed?

Creatives can be easily uploaded by dragging and dropping the files into the platform's creative library. The platform also supports third-party ad server tags (e.g., from Google Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify), which can be uploaded in the same manner or via a tag sheet.

What are the limitations of Native in the Quantcast Platform?

We are not currently offering native video; only native display is available.
Users cannot run multiple creative formats within the same ad set (e.g., display and native).
Users cannot suppress or opt out of specific native exchanges.

What is a Native Display Ad?

Native display ads elevate your ads to look more like editorial content, matching how people consume content to create a seamless user experience.

How do I set up a native display ad?

Native creatives can be uploaded via the Ad Set creation screen under the Creative section, or via the global navigation bar to Assets > Creatives.

Then, go to Upload Creatives and select Native as a creative media type. Fill in the blank fields with the requested assets.

Once saved, the new Native creative will appear in the list of creatives available in your account.

How does native work?

Unlike standard display ads, native ads are assembled using an image, headline, description, and brand logo. They are designed to match each publisher's unique look and feel. The look and feel of the ads vary across publishers, and not all publishers include all the aforementioned ad components; for example, some exclude the logo or description.

You can be more specific about which native format you want to traffic, with the options being InFeed or All Native Formats (including InFeed).

What player size does a video creative run on?

Video creatives on the platform will include in-stream and out-stream, as well as larger player sizes (400x225).

If a creative issue arises, such as Google or Xander rejecting a creative, does the Quantcast Platform send alerts to notify us?

Can clients upload DCM serving tags?

Yes, along with other third-party tags. If you would like more information, you can see Accepted Third-Party Tags.

Do we allow clients to add Facebook impression pixels to their creative?

No, Facebook impression pixels are not allowed in the Quantcast platform.

What are the max file sizes for QC-hosted creative?

The maximum file size varies by creative, but the largest we host is 550 KB. For more information, see Creative Specifications (Display).

Can I run Quantcast-hosted rich media creative on the Quantcast Platform?

Multiple click-outs within QC-hosted rich media ads are not currently supported (i.e., different parts of an ad clicking to different destinations). The entire unit would be considered a single click area, with one click-out only. At this time, Quantcast hosted rich media is not available. Rich media creatives must be supplied as third-party-hosted ad tags.

Not at this time. Quantcast leverages various internal and external design tools and partner relationships to help facilitate ad creation.

Does Quantcast support dynamic creative optimization (DCO)?

No, Quantcast does not support DCO at this time.

Can I use Spaceback’s click macros on my creatives?

Yes, but per Creative Macros, they have to be placed manually.

Does Quantcast offer creative services?

Yes, Quantcast has an in-house creative team or "creative studio" that can help build and design ad assets. This service can include creating animated display ads, repurposing social media content for programmatic channels, or building high-impact rich media units. This service may come with a small CPM upcharge.

Is there an easy way to ensure that tracking URLs are matched with the correct ad?

You can add keywords to the ad set names that share the same LP, and then select those creatives, either manually or by searching for them.
