Managing Deals in Organization Manager
The Deal Management area of the Organization Manager allows you to manage your organization’s programmatic Deal inventory pool, activating valuable inventory that is unique to your organization and your advertisers.
To access the Deals area, use the top navigation menu and select Accounts in the Organization Manager column, then click on Inventory and Deals.
The core features in deal management allow you to enter Deals you have negotiated and activated with your supply partners, to store metadata around each deal so that you can get valuable context during campaign inventory planning and reporting, and finally, to control access on which advertiser account(s) campaign activity should be able to access specific Deals.
Once your organization’s inventory pool is activated on the platform, then you can target your deal inventory pool from within your ad set. This restricts inventory access to the inventory under the selected deals and avoids serving ads on the open market. This translates into greater control on the type of inventory your campaign accesses.

Inactive Deal: The system will check the specified Deal ID to ensure that it is active and supply traffic can be seen by the system. A warning is shown if the Deal seems to be invalid. You can still save the Deal, but you are advised to work with your Supply Partner to make sure the Deal is active.
Invalid SSP: The system will check the specified Deal ID and Deal SSP to ensure that the combination is valid. If the Deal ID seems to be active but the SSP specified is incorrect, the system will show an error. You cannot save the Deal until the correct SSP is specified.
Invalid Buyer Seat: The system will check the specified Deal ID and Buyer Seat ID combination to ensure that it is valid. The system shows an error if the Deal ID seems to be active but the Buyer Seat ID specified is incorrect.
No Valid Traffic: The system will check the Deal's supply traffic seen by the system to ensure that it passes our global quality checks (e.g., fraud protection, consumer privacy protection, lack of ID for advertising purposes) and warns you whether no valid supply is available.
Low Valid Traffic: The system will check whether the Deal's supply traffic seen by the system passes our global quality checks (e.g., fraud protection, consumer privacy protection, lack of ID for advertising purposes) and warns you whether less very little valid supply is available to be used on your campaign activity.
Invalid Fixed Price: The system will check the Deal Price you entered to ensure that it matches the price seen on the supply traffic received by the system. The system warns you when the two don't match and advises you to reach out to your supplier to confirm the correct Deal price.
Now that the Deal has been saved inform your Campaign Manager(s) that it is available to target from within ad sets.
