How to Use Quantcast Help

Welcome to the Quantcast Help Center. We aim to answer all your questions about Quantcast and help you get the most out of our platform.

We have explainer articles that will help you understand concepts and features, how-to articles that walk you through the processes step by step, and reference articles like Glossaries, FAQs, and Best Practices.

We have also introduced an AI bot, trained only on our existing help content, to help you find what you need quickly.

Navigation

There are several ways to navigate the help center, from navigation menus to categories, breadcrumbs to related articles, the tag cloud to the search function.

To use the basic search function, type the word or words you want to search for and click the magnifying glass button.  To use the AI chatbot, click the Ask Eddy button and type in your question. Eddy is an AI chatbot trained on Quantcast's vast help center, including the glossaries, best practices, and FAQs.

Eddy can scour our content and come back with a summary answer and links to related articles.

Categories

If you scroll down a bit on the home page, you will find links to specific areas of the help center.

Four platform areas link to those sections of the help center.

• Measure: Covers our product to measure your audience, compiling important data from your website to help you better understand your users.

• Marketers: Covers our product for advertisers and agencies, covering how to tag your site, create and manage campaigns and ad sets, and understand your performance.

• Quantcast Videos: View quick videos to get you up and running fast.

• Platform Settings: This covers everything you need to know to manage your Organization, Accounts, Users, and Inventory.

Scrolling down a little further lets you view some categories that we think are important for getting started quickly.

From within the actual article pages, you can navigate several ways as well.

• Breadcrumbs: At the top left, you can see the breadcrumbs for the article and click any of them to go back a step.

• Article tree: On the left side of the page, you can see all of the articles in the tree. You can scroll and click to visit any page.

• Table of Contents: The table of contents is on the right side of the page, letting you jump to any heading in the article.

• Tag Cloud: The tag cloud is under the table of contents. Click on any tag to see a list of related articles.
