Q for Publishers is a suite of audience-intelligence applications that empower publishers to grow their business and build strong relationships with marketers through machine learning-powered insights. Key reports allow you to understand your audience, plan against your unique audience in granular detail, and validate key audience KPIs to deliver value-added insights to advertisers that could lead to additional revenue opportunities or renewals.
Audience Profiles
Build the exact personas that appear in RFPs. Generate detailed audience profiling reports in minutes that can be immediately shared with advertisers looking to reach a specific audience. This includes creating a full Measure profile for a particular audience, such as Soccer Moms or Millennials, yielding deeper and more unique insights that can be used to build a content strategy and create compelling stories for RFP responses.
Audience Insights
Get accurate breakouts of traffic, demographics, and advanced data like interests, shopping habits, and brand preferences, customized to fit your business model. Use this in RFP responses or proactive conversations to bring value to why your network audience matters to that brand.
Content Segments
Get more granular Measure profile reports, helping you understand exactly where your audience is living on your site down to specific sections, authors, or articles. The true power of Measure is unlocked with the metadata tagging within Content Segments, which is customizable to your publishing hierarchy. Drill down into content topic, author or even specific articles to view the audience makeup.
Label Manager
Event tracking allows publishers to isolate key actions taken by users throughout the customer journey. One mechanism for tracking events is a rule-based event. Rules are configured based on URL conditions and can be added to any page.
Desired Action | URL | Label | Condition |
Fire on Homepage | https://www.quantcast.com/home | Homepage | URL equals https://www.quantcast.com/home or PATH equals /home |
Fire on product pages | https://www.quantcast.com/products/measure-audience-insights/, https://www.quantcast.com/products/insights/ | Products | Path contains /products/, or, URL contains /products/ |
Fire on help center pages | https://help.quantcast.com/hc/en-us, https://help.quantcast.com/hc/en-us/categories/115000911088-Overview-for-Publishers- | Help Center | URL starts with https://help.quantcast.com/
|
For the URL https://www.quantcast.com/home/, the following is true:
+ URL = https://www.quantcast.com/home/
+ Domain = quantcast.com
+ Path = /home/
Note: The URL is the web address in its entirety. The domain is the website, in this example "quantcast.com". The Path refers to the specific section of the website, "/home/".
Note: The rules are case sensitive, i.e. "thank-you" does not equal "Thank-you."
Note: The Equals condition is usually only used for homepages as it is the most restrictive condition. The Contains condition, on the other hand, can be very broad.
If you have a single-page application, hover over the Publish button on the right side and enable URL tracking. This enables rules to monitor and react to URL changes without refreshing the page.
