# FAQ: Payments & Credits

### Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices will be mailed to your billing address on file after the end of each month. The billing address can be found under **Organization Manager** > **Payments Center.**

### How can I get a refund of my deposits?

If you have any questions regarding credit card payments, including requesting a refund or disputing a charge on your card statement, you can contact your account manager.
