# Implement Live Tag in Qubit

A comprehensive tagging strategy sets your campaign up for success and provides robust audience insights. The following instructions walk you through the process for placing the Quantcast Live Tag using Qubit.

> - Do not alter the code. Any code edits may cause the tag to stop functioning.

## **Live Tag in Qubit**

1. Log in. Navigate to the tag library and select **Create Custom Tag**.

1. Enter the **Description**: Quantcast Conversion Tag.
2. Adjust the **Code** section to HTML.
3. Paste the Quantcast Conversion Tag in the open text field.
4. Use the **Parameters** section to configure the parameters with the appropriate values. Your tag will look like the following example:

qcdata.revenue=’ ${revenue}’;

</script>
```

1. Configure rules to fire on the **Conversion Page**.
2. Set **Dependencies** to Quantcast Easy Tag.

1. Select **Asynchronous** under dependents.
2. Select **Save**

Your **Conversion Tag** setup is complete! Now, proceed to the next section to tag the rest of your site.

## **Tagging Remaining Site Activity**

Navigate to a new customer tag (step 1 in the Conversion Tag process)

1. Enter **Description**: “Quantcast All Page Tag”.
2. Adjust the **Code** section to HTML.
3. Paste Quantcast Easy Tag in the **HTML** section.

1. Configure the rule to fire on all pages except the conversion page*.*

1. Select **Asynchronous** under dependencies.
2. Navigate to the top right cloud icon and select **Publish**.

## Verify tag implementation using the Quantcast Tag Inspector

The Quantcast Tag Inspector is a Google Chrome plugin that checks whether your Quantcast Tag and Audience Segments are implemented correctly. Install the Inspector to review individual pages of your site and ensure the audience segments are firing correctly.
