# Implement Live Tag in Tealium

A comprehensive tagging strategy sets your campaign up for success and provides robust audience insights. The following instructions walk you through placing the Quantcast Live in Tealium.

> - Do not alter the code. Any code edits may cause the tag to stop functioning.
> - The tag does not affect your page load because it loads asynchronously (in the background). For more technical details, see [Get Started with Quantcast Tagging](/v1/docs/q-pixel-tagging).

> You will need your Quantcast Live Tag, which is found on the Event Manager page.

## **Live Tag in Tealium**

1. Log in and select **Add Tag**.

1. Find Quantcast in the Tag Marketplace.
2. Select **Quantcast Easy Tag for Advertise**.

1. Enter Title **Quantcast Easy Tag**.
2. Enter the P-code.

1. Configure **Load Rules.** The Quantcast Easy Tag should be configured to load on all pages.

1. Select **Finish**.

## **Add the Quantcast Conversion Tag**

1. Select **Quantcast Easy Tag for Advertise** from the Tag Marketplace.
2. Enter **Title:** “Quantcast Conversion Tag”.
3. Enter account P-code.
4. Configure **Load Rules**. The Conversion Tag should be triggered only for the specific conversion event on your site (e.g., Purchase Confirmation).
5. Select **Data Mappings** on the top right.
  1. From the variables dropdown, choose Use Custom Value. Include the conversion event name in the custom field and map the value to the event destination.
  2. Configure the additional data using the UDO variable you want to send. This data allows Quantcast to refine optimizations, validate campaign performance, and share detailed insights.

1. Select **Save/Publish** in the top right.

## Verify tag implementation using the Quantcast Tag Inspector

The Quantcast Tag Inspector is a Google Chrome plugin that checks whether your Quantcast Tag and Audience Segments are implemented correctly. Install the Inspector to review individual pages of your site and ensure the audience segments are firing correctly.
