Quantcast Contextual Brand Safety Segments
Quantcast has built its own contextual brand safety segments for its clients, allowing them to use the advanced contextual brand safety segments on their campaigns. Marketers can create a single or multiple prebid lists of contextual segments that can be used in their ad sets to block their ads running on blocked categories.
You can add QC contextual brand safety segments from two places within the platform: when building/editing an ad set and within the inventory management app.
Adding/Updating QC Brand Safety Segments in the Inventory
To add or update QC brand safety segments within the inventory app, select the Inventory from the navigation menu.
Click on Prebid Lists in the left-hand side navigation pane
To create a new QC Prebid brand safety segment list, click on Create New
In the configuration window, you will find the list of QC brand safety segments and select the tolerance level for each segment against it.
You can select single or multiple segments in a list and click Save.
The QC prebid brand safety list will be created and shown in the Prebid list.
The list is now ready to use in existing or new ad sets in the account.
Editing QC Prebid Brand Safety List
To edit an existing QC prebid brand safety list, mouse over the prebid list name, and you will see an option for Edit below the name.
Click on the Edit option to open the QC Prebid segment configuration list. You can add new segments or remove existing ones.
Click on Save once the changes are done.
