[**Off-the-Shelf Third-Party Audiences:**](/v1/docs/using-third-party-audiences) Access a wide range of pre-built audience segments available through Quantcast’s library, powered by LiveRamp’s Data Marketplace. 2. [**Custom Third-Party Audiences:**](/v1/docs/ingesting-custom-third-party-audiences) Distribute a custom segment built by a data provider via LiveRamp’s Data Marketplace to meet specific targeting needs. ### Third-Party Audience Targeting Capabilities Quantcast enables users to activate and target third-party audiences using a range of strategic approaches: **Lookalike:** Quantcast builds a lookalike model based on the third-party audience to identify new users who share similar behaviors and attributes. **Retargeting:** Quantcast exclusively retargets users within the specified third-party audience for precise and efficient re-engagement. **Exclusion:** Users in the third-party audience are excluded from targeting to improve audience quality and prevent oversaturation.
