Create and manage a Quantcast Advertise campaign by configuring a few simple parameters.
On the Campaigns page, click the “Create New Campaign” button, and specify in the pop-up dialog:
- Campaign Name
- Campaign Currency
- [Optional] Margin: used for reporting on gross CPM
Click “Create” to confirm these basic settings. You now have a new campaign shell ready to add line items. At least one Line Item is required on a campaign, as that is where you can specify all targeting strategies and settings. To create a line item, click “Create Line Item.”
Once you have added the desired set of line items, click “Publish” to finalize your campaign. The campaign will begin at its specified start date. Note, you will not be able to delete the campaign shell at this point.
The term definitions below will help you interpret the setup screens:
- Campaign: A collection of Line Items related to the same advertising objective (e.g., drive conversions for a particular product line).
- Line Item: Configuration of the goal, targeting, and geo used to deliver against a chosen advertising strategy. A line item must map to a campaign.
- Flight: A timeframe for delivering ads at a specified budget. A flight must map to a line item.
