What does this mean?
We successfully received an email at your dedicated advertiser-inbox but the email did not contain a usable attachments. Attachments must be .XLXS or .ZIP files. The report cannot be a URL link.
What can cause this issue and how to address it?
Access “My Saved Reports” within the Sizmek Report Builder and find the report you created as part of Split Funnel set up. Please review the possible explanations below:
Case #1: The “Report Format” is not Excel or you have not selected “Zip Report” [Common]
- How to identify if this is the issue? Is the “Report format” set to “Flat Excel”? Is “Zip Report” selected (it is next to Report Format). Answering “no” to either question suggests this is the issue.
- How to address? Set the File type to “Flat Excel”. Select “Zip Report”. Save the report.
