Audience segments from BlueKai can be sent to Quantcast through our direct integration with Oracle Data Cloud.
These segments can then be activated as part of an ad campaign or visualized in the form of audience insights. To start the process of sending the segments to Quantcast, please follow these steps:
1. Gather your Quantcast p-code
The Quantcast p-code is an advertiser-specific, alphanumeric identifier that is used to house all data associated with the advertiser account. The p-code starts with ‘p-’ and is 15 digits long. It will look something like this: p-T-12E34S56T78
The p-code is listed on your Quantcast homepage or you can reach out to your Quantcast representative for confirmation on the p-code.
The Quantcast p-code is case and space sensitive. Do not make any edits.
2. Install the Quantcast App in BlueKai
The Quantcast app serves as the connection between BlueKai and your specific Quantcast account.
Note: The Quantcast app only needs to be installed one time per unique advertiser/p-code. If the app has already been installed for the specific advertiser account, then this step can be skipped and you can move straight towards Delivering Audience Data to Quantcast.
The app can be downloaded by following these steps:
a) From the BlueKai homepage, navigate to the Install Apps page.
b) Within the App Install page, click App Catalog.
c) Search for Quantcast from the App Catalog and select the app.
d) You will now be prompted to enter information about the app.
- App Name: Quantcast Segment Distribution
- Notification Email: Enter your email address
- Quantcast Account Information: Enter account p-code within the box for "client"
- Increase Data Delivery Overlap: Keep box checked to ensure highest match rates
e) Once all the information is entered, click save.
3. Delivering Audience Data to Quantcast
Once the app has been downloaded, you can start the process of sending your audience data to Quantcast.
a) From the BlueKai homepage, navigate to Manage Audiences.
b) On the audience page, you will see all of the audiences for your BlueKai account. Click into the audience that you would like to send to Quantcast and select Edit Delivery.
c) On the delivery page, search for the name of the Quantcast App that you created in step 2. Choose the app by checking the box to the left of the name, and then click Save and Update.
d) Once saved, the audience will start delivering to Quantcast and it should be available for use on a campaign within 48 hrs.
4. Confirm segment details with Quantcast
After the audience has been saved, send an email to your Quantcast representative to confirm the audience name and delivery ID. The ID can be found in the delivery section of the audience, and this is what Quantcast will use to identify the specific audience.

Quantcast can only accept first party data segments without an associated CPM.
