The Specifications for CTV Creatives on the Quantcast Platform are as follows:
Size Ratio
16:9
1920x1080 min
Length
Fifteen (15) sec and Thirty (30) sec lengths are recommended. We advise running both:15 and:30 sec CTV video ads for the maximum scale and best results. If you don’t have the resources for both creative lengths. Then contact Quantcast Creative Services for help
- > :15 sec will run on :15 sec ad slots 
- < :30 sec - limited inventory available.

File Format
- 3rd party ad serving tags 
- VAST 2.0/3.0/4.0 
- VPAID wrappers are not supported 
Video Hosted
- .mp4 or .mov are supported 
- FLV and WebM files are not supported 
Max File Size
- 10 GB max for third-party creative tag sheets 
- 1 GB max for Quantcast-hosted video creatives 
Bit Rates
- 18,000 kbps - 30000 kbps 
Frame Rate
- Must be constant at 24 fps, 25 fps (PAL countries), or 30 fps (NTSC countries) 
Audio Sample Rate
- 48 kHz
