As you invest more of your media budgets on the Quantcast platform, you are rewarded with escalating credits for your organization.  If you have more than one account, you may pool the rewards and then apply them to any account in your organization.

There are three tiers of rewards:

  • Bronze

  • Silver

  • Gold

Qualifying Spend

Quantcast Rewards are based on your Qualifying Spend, which is the total amount that has been spent on Quantcast Campaigns.

The following exclusions do not count towards Qualifying Spend:

  • Quantcast Trader Organizations

  • Programmatic Guaranteed and Bring your own supply ad sets

  • External 3rd party vendor fees (e.g., ad serving)

  • Agency Fees applied to ad sets

  • Quantcast Credits Spend (Value Add, Discounts, Promos, etc.)

  • Quantcast Managed Ad Sets

Using Rewards

Quantcast Rewards can be used on any advertiser account within your Organization

Quantcast Rewards cannot be redeemed against any of the exclusions above, as well as:

  • CTV and Audio campaigns

Quantcast Rewards are redeemed against exclusive Credit AdSets, i.e. the ad set is funded entirely from the Credit Balance. For instructions on using your rewards credits, see Budget and Schedule.

  • Credit AdSet budgets cannot exceed the available Credit Balance.

Quantcast Rewards can be used at any time during the Redemption Period.

  • The Redemption Period begins as soon as they are earned and lasts until the end of the quarter after they were earned. For example: if a customer has Qualifying Spend of $150,000 by the end of January 2025, the Redemption Period for the Rewards earned lasts until June 30, 2025

  • Quantcast Rewards are “use it or lose it” and must be redeemed in the applicable Redemption Period.

  • Quantcast Rewards remain valid so long as the customer account is in good standing and all invoices are paid on time and in full.

    • Failure to remain in good standing will result in the loss of related Quantcast Rewards and could mean that the remaining balance is recalculated to account for changes in the Rewards tier.

Tracking Quantcast Rewards

The Payment Center provides up-to-date information on your current rewards tier, earning level, and the spend required to hit the next level or lose reward tier status (where appropriate). You will also see your Earned Rewards Balance, associated redemption period(s), and your redeemed rewards.

Quantcast Rewards are updated daily, and if a reward tier is active for your Organization it will be updated daily with your Rewards Credits.
