Running a Brand Survey test in the Quantcast Platform gives you access to various reports. For more information, read our Brand Survey program article or contact your Quantcast representative.

Performance Overview

The survey overview provides a general overview of your survey's progress. The following metrics will be available:

Lift

Lift is calculated as: (Exposed results - Control results)/Control results

The lift % shows how much more likely the exposed group was to answer favorably to your survey question than those in the control group.

Confidence

The confidence level indicates the probability that the difference in results between the exposed and control groups is positive.

It is based on statistical assumptions that require a large sample to be validated.

Sample

The total (exposed + control) number of answers received in each category.

We recommend a sample of at least 100 answers. Smaller samples can be used directionally.

Spend

Total survey spend, including non-media fees, for the exposed and control groups

Impressions

Total survey impressions served for the exposed and control groups

Responses

Total number of survey responses received for the exposed and control groups

Response Rate

Number of survey responses received/total number of survey impressions

CPR (Cost per Response)

Total survey cost/total responses

Answers

The individual selection within a survey response.

Results

Number of survey answers/total number of survey responses

*Only the answer(s) you consider positive should be included. You can specify the specific answer(s) you consider as positive for this calculation.
