    1. In order to create a rule, navigate to Label Manager (quantcast.com/label-manager).

    2. Click Add Rule.

    1. Select Rule Type.

    • URL, domain, and element rules: Fires an event based on conditions.

    • Metadata: Captures the data for specified <meta /> element (if present) in page’s <head /> section.

    1. Enter a name for your event.

    1. Choose the Conditions that apply.

    • From the dropdown, select the path.

    • From the dropdown, select the argument.

    1. To add additional conditions, click the + button.

    Multiple conditions can be added to the same rule. For a rule event with multiple conditions to fire, all of the conditions  would need to be met.

    Note: If you want the same label to fire on different URLs, you need to create two or more rules.

    1. Click Save.

    2. The rule you just created should be visible at the top row of the rules table. Click on the Publish button to activate your changes.
