E-Mail Reporting Requirements for Flashtalking Campaign Manager

Expected email reporting format for Flashtalking in Datorama:

Mandatory fields:

  • Date

  • Placement

  • Placement ID

  • Campaign

  • Campaign ID

Metrics:

  • Total Ads Requested

  • Clicks


The following performance (conversion & revenue) metrics will be recognized by our reporting tool:

  • If the Activity columns contain the word "from views" and do not contain the word “rate” then they are considered view conversions.

  • If the Activity columns contain the word "from clicks" and do not contain the word “rate” then they are considered click conversions.

  • The transpose process starts at the 9th column, so the Activity columns should start after the 9th Column.

Please give the report a name/title by which we can easily identify the relevant campaign/account in our public email folder.


Send the report as an attachment (xlsx, csv or zip) to the appropriate alias based on your region and add your Account Manager as copy:

Flashtalking can provide QC access to their reporting platform on an individual basis. If you need access to pull reporting directly from the Flashtalking Platform, please reach out to the Reporting SMEs and they will help provide you access.

Note: Your client will still need to provide you access to their campaign in Flashtalking.
