Site Overlap Report

The Site Overlap Report shows the overlap of users across different properties within your network to help you better package content together. This new report will help you understand what other content across your network specific domain users have read and help package together different properties/sections/content/authors to sell campaigns against.

Use Case: “I want to see where the visitors to my property" “example-website.com” have visited across the rest of my network.”

How to Run the Report

• Go to create a new Audience Planner report

• Select Part(s) of [Your Network]

• Search for the Site, Content Segment, or Custom Audience you want (for this guide we will use example-website.com)

• Name the audience and click Run Report

Overview

• Uniques. 4,926,749 uniques went to example-website.com in the past 30 days.

• Page Views. In the past 30 days, users who visited example-website.com generated 7,970,354 page views.

• Composition. 100% of the example-website.com Because you did not select any filters/audience characteristics, the numbers in the overview are based on 100% of the example-website.com audience.

• Index. It is not available. Because the index is meant to compare against the US Internet, it is not relevant when looking at a property with no filters/audience characteristics.

• Uniques. 104,077 uniques on second-example.com have been to example-website.com in the past 30 days.

• Page Views. In the past 30 days, users who visited example-website.com generated 240,806 page views on second-example.com.

• Composition. 98% of the second-example.com audience has also been to example-website.com in the past 30 days.

• Index. It is not available. Because the index is meant to compare against the US Internet, it is irrelevant when examining the overlap of properties within your network.

Audience Planner Profile Reports

In this case, the profile tabs are based on the Site, Content Segment, or Custom Audience you selected, so they are essentially the Measure profile for that property (in this case, example-website.com).
