CRM & First-Party (1P) Audiences in Quantcast
The Quantcast Platform supports uploading audience segments through integrations with many of the top DMPs and CDPs. These segments can then be reviewed within our Audiences Tool or activated as part of a campaign.
Sending Audiences to Quantcast through Third-Party Vendors
Quantcast has integrations with the following DMPs and audience platforms.

Neustar
Adobe Audience Manager (AAM)
Zeotap
Tealium
AIQ (US Only)
You can contact your DMP/CDP representative to send audiences to your Quantcast Platform account.
Uploading First-Party (1P) Audiences Directly to Quantcast (Available in US Only)
You can also upload your first-party audience data directly into our platform using the Audiences Catalog. Navigate to the Audiences Catalog using the top-level navigation.
Click on Customer Audiences, then, on the top right side of the screen, click the Upload Customer List button to upload your first-party data.
Follow the directions on the modal to add your csv file.

***Please note (as of 3/14/25) we are currently waiving all fees associated with this feature for a limited time, however, in the future we plan to allow each account to upload their first 50k emails free of charge, with a $100 fee per each additional 100k emails thereafter***
Navigating Customer Audiences
Navigate to the Planner screen via the Quantcast Platform top navigation menu.
To see a list of onboarded audiences, click on the tab, Customer Audiences.
If you have already sent audiences to Quantcast, these will be listed on the page.

The audience is named initially based on the segment/audience ID provided by the DMP. You may need to review the set up in your DMP to understand the mapping between segment ID and name.
Once in the Quantcast Platform, audiences can be renamed by clicking on the three dots to the right of the audience and choosing edit.
A modal will pop up on your screen, allowing you to customize the audience name and description.
The audience name and description will be updated after clicking Save.
