Aggregate campaign performance and delivery metrics will be available for up to 2 years (as of Dec 18, 2019). This excludes non-aggregatable metrics (reach, frequency, and derived metrics) which are available for up to 13 months (397 days).
Reach, frequency, and derived metrics will return 0 results for any time block with a start date exceeding the past 397 days. Note that this applies to any date range you select in Ads Manager or Report Builder, and when using a time breakdown (day, week, or month) in Report Builder.

Reach and frequency data: Not available for Apr 01 and Apr 02, 2020 as they exceed the past 397 days. Apr 03 would be an acceptable start date as it is exactly 397 days ago.
