How much does Quantcast cost?

The Quantcast Platform provides transparency into media costs and campaign delivery, with fees categorized as management, media, and non-media. Audience Explorer shows clear CPM pricing transparency for all third-party segments within the selection interface. If you select Quantcast Affinity Audiences for targeting, their cost is included within the Media Fees of your campaign with no additional CPM upcharge at this time.

Are there minimum spend requirements?

While there are no minimums to use Quantcast, several products do have specific minimums. For custom pacing ad sets, the default lifetime budget spend minimum is $10 per day, but you can adjust it to spend less on specific days if desired.

For campaigns utilizing Campaign Budget Optimization, a minimum daily budget of $100 USD is required.

Brand Lift Live campaigns also have the following minimums:

  • For Web campaigns, a minimum lifetime media budget of $15,000 USD is required for studies running up to three months, with an additional $1,250 USD minimum for each extra week beyond three months.

  • For CTV campaigns, a minimum lifetime media budget of $20,000 USD is required for studies running up to three months, with an additional $1,562.50 USD minimum for each extra week beyond three months.

Note: The required budget to achieve significance varies depending on targeting parameters, survey template, response rates, and other factors. For detailed minimum budget requirements, we recommend raising a support ticket or consulting your representative.

What are the expected turnaround times for campaign setup and creative builds? Clients often need to know how long it takes to go from asset submission to campaign launch.

The actual technical setup of a campaign and ad set in the platform can be done in minutes. Once you've defined your objective, you can move straight to configuring your ad sets.

Go-Live Timing: While the setup is instant, we recommend allowing 24–48 hours before your desired launch date. This provides a buffer for creative approval and for our AI to begin its initial audience discovery.

Creative turnaround depends on whether you are uploading finished assets or using our services:

  1. Self-Service Upload: If you have your own display, video, or native assets ready, you can upload them immediately.

  2. Creative Audit: Every creative uploaded undergoes a standard audit to ensure it meets specs and policy requirements. This typically takes up to 24 hours (on business days).

  3. Creative Services: If you're working with our internal creative team for custom builds or social-to-display conversions, timelines vary based on the project scope. Generally, you should discuss these specific dates with your account representative.

How do I enroll a client in a closed beta or set up a new campaign?

Contact Your Representative: Closed betas are typically managed through your Quantcast account team. They can check eligibility based on the current campaign goals and account setup.
