Customer Audiences

Audiences in Quantcast

The Quantcast Platform supports uploading audience segments through integrations with many of the top DMPs. These segments can then be reviewed within our Audiences Tool or activated as part of a campaign. 

Sending Audiences to Quantcast

Quantcast has integrations with the following DMPs and audience platforms.

• LiveRamp Connect

• Neustar

• Eularian

• Lotame 

You can contact your DMP representative to begin the process of sending audiences to your Quantcast Platform account. 

Navigating Customer Audiences 

Navigate to the Planner screen via the Quantcast Platform top navigation menu.

To see a list of onboarded audiences, click onto the tab, Customer Audiences. 

If you have already sent audiences to Quantcast, these will be listed on the page. 

The audience is originally named based on the segment/audience ID provided by the DMP. You may need to review the set up in your DMP to understand the mapping between segment ID and name. 

Once in the Quantcast Platform, audiences can be renamed by clicking on the three dots to the right of the audience and choosing edit. 

A modal will pop up on your screen, allowing you to customize the audience name and description. 

The audience name and description will be updated after clicking Save.
