The Quantcast Platform supports uploading audience segments through integrations with many of the top DMPs and CDPs.  For some clients, uploading their CRM list directly in the Quantcast platform may be an option. These segments can then be reviewed within our Audiences Tool or activated within a campaign.

Overview of First-Party Data Ingestion Options

Unless otherwise noted, all integrations in the table below are accessible to all clients, regardless of service model.

  • Please Note: The LiveRamp Partner Program is for a client’s 1st Party CRM data only.  Any combined importation of a client’s own data mixed with a third party vendor’s data, would fall under Custom Third Party Audiences.

First-Party Audience Targeting Capabilities

Quantcast enables users to activate and target first-party audiences using a range of strategic approaches:

Lookalike: Quantcast builds a lookalike model based on the first-party audience to identify new users who share similar behaviors and attributes.

Retargeting: Quantcast exclusively retargets users within the specified first-party audience to achieve precise, efficient re-engagement.

Exclusion: Users in the first-party audience are excluded from targeting to improve audience quality and prevent oversaturation.

Activating First-Party Audiences

Once your first-party audience is ingested and ready for targeting, you can find a list of ingested segments in the Customer Audiences section of Audience Catalog.

You can click into any first-party audience to get detailed insights in the Insights tool.

When you’re ready to activate the audience segments in a campaign, navigate to the Lookalike, Retargeting, or Exclusion fields within the ad set, click on DMP Segment in the drop down, and search/click on the respective Audience Name or Segment ID.

If you’re interested in seeing how the applied first-party audience impacts your overall audience size, navigate to the Projections tool on the right side of the screen and expand the audience details by clicking on the arrow (carrot icon). The Targetable Audience size listed reflects the size of your selected audience.

Note: You must have a date range and a budget applied for the Projections tool to show a forecast.
