Will my credit-funded ad set compete with my paid ad set?
No. Our system has a feature called Auction Protect that prevents you from bidding against yourself. When two of your campaigns are eligible for the same ad opportunity, the algorithm intelligently selects the best one to place the bid. This ensures your campaigns work together efficiently without increasing your costs.
Do offer codes support different currencies in the same organization?
Yes, you will be able to redeem offer codes and utilize credits in any currency. Your credit balance will be displayed in the organization’s currency in the Payments Center.
Can I make edits to my credit-funded ad sets after they’ve been published?
Yes, but with some limitations. You can edit certain settings yourself, while others require assistance.
You can edit Targeting, Audience, and Inventory settings at any time. CPM and Dayparting settings in the Budget & Schedule section are also supported.

Are there limitations to spending credits?
Yes. Credits cannot be applied to certain campaign types, including:
Connected TV (CTV)
Audio
Additionally, credits cannot be utilized on CBO ad sets or to run a Daily budget ad set.
What are the different types of offer codes?
There are three main types of offer codes:
Instant Credit: This provides a predefined amount of credits available for use immediately upon redemption.
Credit Accrual: This type allows you to earn credits as you spend. For example, a 1:1 accrual ratio means you'll earn $1 in credit for every $1 you spend.
Discount: This defines a discount rate that will be applied to your invoice, up to a maximum fixed amount. This amount does not count toward any credit your organization may have accrued.
