What requires approval?

An approval is required when any of the following events occur: 

  • An account is created with a restricted IAB category

  • An update was made to a campaign under an account under a restricted IAB category

  • A new campaign is created under an account under a restricted IAB category

  • Any non-compliance is found in a campaign

What happens if an incorrect IAB category is selected for an account?

A Quantcast team member will notify the user to edit their account and select the appropriate category.

What happens if an incorrect IAB category is selected and the appropriate category is prohibited?

A Quantcast team member will notify the user that the account has been removed from the platform along with the reasons why.

Can an account be put back on hold after it has been released?

Yes. If the account or campaign is non-compliant with any of our policies, a Quantcast team member will put the account back on hold and notify the user. 

 What happens when an account has been non-compliant multiple times?

Users will receive warnings for non-compliant occurrences and may lose account access if they persist.
