The personal data is transferred from QIL to Quantcast Corp. (QC Corp), headquartered in San Francisco CA, US, using intra-company Standard Contractual Clauses. In addition, Quantcast has a robust Transfer Impact Assessment and uses technical supplemental measures. As our client's joint controller, QIL collects personal data and exports to QC Corp in the US. Therefore, QIL is the data exporter and QC Corp is the data importer. Therefore, the client does not export personal data outside of Europe; rather, any such export is made as an intra-company arrangement between QIL and QC Corp, and the client need not execute separate SCCs with Quantcast. |
